By accessing or using CampusLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinkedIn Campus regarding your use of our platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

To use CampusLink, you must:

  • Be affiliated with an accredited college or university
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the authority to represent your student organization
  • Maintain an active .edu email address

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. Platform Rules

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Submit false or misleading event information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

5. Content Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant CampusLink a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, and display the content for platform purposes.

5.2 Platform Content

All platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by CampusLink and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

CampusLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CAMPUSLINK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
